Everything below comes out of our own kitchen at 1846 Triplett Street. Mix and match — we’ll put a menu together for your headcount.
Off the smoker
Brisket, pulled pork, baby back ribs, beef ribs, whole wings, turkey breast, pork steak and oxtails — by the tray.
Soul food sides
Mac and cheese, collard greens, mashed potatoes, candied yams, baked beans, potato salad, smoked cabbage, dirty rice and corn.
Party platters
Wings in seven flavors, tenders, fried green tomatoes, breaded shrimp, loaded cheese fries and cheese sticks.
